Enhance the dine-in food ordering process for a Vietnam-based restaurant

Nam Hoa Noodles & Asian Kitchen is a small Vietnam-based restaurant known for its Asian cuisine, particularly its specialized noodle dishes. In July 2024, I worked with the clients to design their first-ever QR code mobile ordering platform aimed at enhancing the customers' dine-in experience and improving kitchen efficiency. I collaborated closely with a software engineer through weekly sprints to ensure that effective design handoffs were delivered within a tight 2-month timeline (with just 3 weeks for design).

Parts of my (non-linear) design process involved stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, designing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes, and usability testing.
