I'm an UX product designer who thrives in fast-moving spaces where system-first design drives product strategy. My experiences span both B2B SaaS and consumer apps.

I'm an UX product designer with 2+ years of experience, proud of my Vietnamese roots

✰ What is my background?

Born and raised in Vietnam, lived in Boston, studied Human Computer Interaction, Digital Media Arts, and Engineering Management at Tufts (go Jumbo!)

✰ How did I get into product design?

I've been a creative for as long as I can remember - designing, painting, photographing, and exploring almost every creative medium I could get my hands on. Whatever form of art you can think of, I've probably tried it. I discovered product design during college, and it immediately resonated with me. The ability to combine logical problem-solving with creativity felt like the perfect intersection of my interests, and it has shaped the path I've pursued ever since.

✰ How do I approach design?

I use human-centered systems thinking to solve complex problems, balancing the needs of diverse users with the bigger picture of how different parts of a product work together. I leverage AI to accelerate research synthesis, explore ideas faster, and refine designs through rapid feedback.

Polaroid photo

Learned (and sometimes, failed) how to work cross-functionally for the first time, growing my design intuition as a solo designer! Realizing how design could bring social impacts at scale.

Polaroid photo

Led a team to deliver a proof-of-concept from the ground up after the previous project was discarded. Learned how to be an effective leader that bridges both design and engineering teams.

Polaroid photo

Delivered some major design revamps and updated design system when I first joined. Learned how to work in sprints and with other fun student partners across dev, marketing, and product!
